1. About FORIRE

FORIRE is an online technology marketplace platform designed to connect clients seeking home and professional services with independent, third-party service professionals ("Pros" or "Professionals").

FORIRE is a communications and lead-matching venue. FORIRE does not provide direct contracting, home improvement, cleaning, maintenance, or any other professional services directly, and is not an employer, joint venturer, or contracting party to any agreement entered into between clients and professionals.

2. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to form a binding contract under applicable law to use FORIRE. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

3. Use of the Website & Marketplace

When using FORIRE, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
• Provide misleading, false, or fraudulent contact or project details;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated bots, scripts, or spiders to collect marketplace data;
• Circumvent or tamper with lead protections, payment workflows, or security measures;
• Harass, abuse, or post defamatory content regarding clients, professionals, or FORIRE staff.

4. User Accounts & Security

Certain features require creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify FORIRE of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

5. Terms for Clients

Clients may submit quote requests free of charge. By submitting a request, clients acknowledge:

• Professionals listed on FORIRE operate as independent businesses and contractors;
• FORIRE does not guarantee professional availability, pricing quotes, project completion, or quality of work;
• All contracts, scope adjustments, project payments, and warranties are negotiated and settled directly between client and professional;
• Clients are encouraged to verify licensing, insurance coverage, and credentials prior to hiring any service provider.

6. Terms for Service Professionals

Professionals may register, create public business profiles, and access client leads. Professionals expressly agree:

• You operate as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of FORIRE;
• You hold and will maintain all required licenses, bonds, permits, and commercial insurance required by your jurisdiction;
• FORIRE does not guarantee any specific volume of leads, customer replies, or completed bookings;
• You will deliver services safely, honor agreed quotations, and handle client inquiries professionally;
• FORIRE reserves the right to suspend or ban profiles for misleading details, customer complaints, or chargebacks.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Credits

Service professionals may purchase subscriptions or marketplace credits to unlock client leads. Fees are billed in advance to the payment method on file. Paid subscriptions automatically renew until canceled in Pro Settings prior to the renewal billing date.

Marketplace credits hold no cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and expire ninety (90) days from issuance unless otherwise noted.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE FORIRE MARKETPLACE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FORIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FORIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF SERVICES PERFORMED BY THIRD-PARTY PROFESSIONALS OR USER INTERACTIONS.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and FORIRE agree to resolve any claim through binding individual arbitration rather than court litigation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of FORIRE after modifications signifies acceptance.
