Account & Profile Details
Full name, email address, password, physical address, business name, professional licenses, portfolio images, and bio.
Project & Quote Information
Service category needed, project scope, location (city, state, zip code), budget parameters, timeline, and job requirements.
Mobile Telephone Number & SMS Data
Mobile phone number provided for identity verification (OTP), transactional project notifications, and optional marketing alerts.
Payment & Billing Data
Credit card details and billing addresses are collected and processed securely by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors (Stripe). FORIRE does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected personal information for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Connecting clients with relevant, verified independent service professionals;
- Facilitating quotes, messaging, scheduling, and project management;
- Processing subscription renewals, credit purchases, and marketplace transactions;

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the limited circumstances described below:
- Between Clients & Professionals: When a client posts a service request and a professional unlocks the lead or responds, relevant project details and contact information are disclosed to facilitate the requested work.
- Trusted Service Providers: We engage reputable cloud hosting providers, identity verification services, customer support platforms, and payment gateways strictly to assist in operating our marketplace.
- Legal Compliance & Safety: When required by lawful court order, subpoena, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of our users and the public.

Strict No-Sharing Policy for Mobile Information
"FORIRE does not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes."
FORIRE may collect mobile phone numbers when users create accounts or otherwise provide contact information.
Users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from FORIRE. SMS messages may include account notifications, service request updates, lead notifications, responses from service professionals, appointment updates, and other FORIRE marketplace communications.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to opt out of recurring SMS messages at any time. Users may reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is not required to use FORIRE, submit a service request, or become a FORIRE Pro.
All mobile phone numbers collected for SMS messaging and all text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are strictly excluded from any third-party data sharing practices. FORIRE does not sell, rent, or provide users' mobile phone numbers to service professionals, affiliates, or outside entities for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to facilitate requested communications and operate the marketplace.

To opt out, text STOP to any text message received from FORIRE. To receive assistance, text HELP or contact support at support@forire.com. You may also update your communication preferences at any time in your Account Settings.
